+ Access to All-in-One Curated Couple's Wedding Folder with live update access

Wedding Day

+ Up to six hours on-site with your lead coordinator

+ Manage Delivery and Setup of all Wedding Day Vendors

+ Setup and/or breakdown of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

+ Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

+ Distributing final payment and/or gratuity to vendors, if preferred

+ Providing an emergency kit and support with any unforeseen hiccups

**For weddings with a maximum guest count of 40 or less.

Month-of Coordination

Pre-Wedding

+ Two pre-wedding consultations

+ Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

+ Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors one month prior to the wedding

+ Unlimited email communication/access to pre-scheduled calls

+ Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal, if available, or creating detailed rehearsal direction plan

+ Access to All-in-One Curated Couple's Wedding Folder with live update access

Wedding Day

+ Up to eight hours on-site with your lead coordinator and one assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

+ Directing the ceremony processional

+ Coordinating the setup and collaborating with vendors for the ceremony and/or reception

+ Setup and/or breakdown of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

+ Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

+ Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

+ Assisting the family, wedding party, and guests as needed

+ Distributing final payment and/or gratuity to vendors, if preferred

+ Providing an emergency kit

+ Support with any unforeseen hiccups

**Weddings with 200 or more guests will require an additional assistant for an additional fee.
